I really appreciate the extra effort that takes especially on harder days. Also very impressive how smoothly and safely they have things going during the pandemic. I'm sure we're all on our toes and pretty anxious about our own and each other's health and they're doing an unbelievable job here keeping everyone safe and helping us out in the process. Very helpful staff, good social distancing and mask wearing and sanitizing in the store, and everyone's friendly and we always have a good experience there. Unfortunately, we've had a couple experiences with not-so-fresh produce. Sack of potatoes that went bad as soon as we brought them home. Garlic and onions are hit or miss with freshness, as well. Most recently we brought home an eggplant that after cutting open we discovered had weevils. Pretty unacceptable. Store is good with service, but produce freshness and cleanliness has to be better! I took him up on his offer and I was not disappointed! He gave me very detailed and intelligent descriptions of the wines I was interested in as well as suggesting some I may not of picked up! Unfortunately I didn't catch his name but all of the employees were incredibly nice & helpful! I also can say that TJs has some of the best priced bottles around me. I was able to try three new wines for under . Parking was very easy as there is a parking garage attached and you get the first hour free! The entire store was very clean and organized well. This is the same location of the former Trader Joe's before the new complex was developed. Large and spacious store that is well stocked with a friendly and helpful staff. This location has free parking in the underground garage. At the time of this review, the shopping center is empty with the exception of a Wells Fargo Bank next door.4. The staff is also super nice. They offer free validated parking which is pretty awesome since it's located right on Hollywood. The parking entrance is on Selma St. There is about 20 parking spaces on the top floor but you could also park in the bottom floor if there are no spaces available. Just make sure to drive all the way to the end and the Trader Joe's entrance will be to your right. There is stairs and an elevator to go into the actual store.RecommendedGreat Service and super personable staff. Clean store. Employees were sanitizing carts and baskets when I entered and left. They have a well organized system of lining up to enter store using taped marks for distancing, and limit tthe number of people in the store at any one time. Well stocked shelves with everything I needed. Well organized single line to check out, with plenty of friendly checkout clerks. And seniors can enter without waiting in line from 9-10 am. A very pleasant experience and a comfort to know they are there during this unusual time.ReviewsYou know I am a Trader Joe's fan. I would be at this TJ's if I was a USC student today. It's new though in the USC Village. This TJ's is standard, but it's for college students. It's got all the TJ's standards. Today, I got a Pellegrino soda and a baguette to snack on.
