Bank of America in San Francisco 941315268 Diamond Heights Blvd San Francisco, CA 94131Recommended ReviewsReally bad experience with banker Ghassan! And he never replied customer phone call or email if there is a problem with your account.RecommendedI experienced premier service at Bank of America with Giselle the security guard (contracted through GAS). She was very efficient and made my visit a pleasant one.ReviewsAlthough we have a business account and we use the merchant line; it'll take me a minimum of 15-20 minutes on a good day just to make a deposit. The teller handling the business line is the slowest teller with an attitude.2. Bank of America in San Francisco, 941031525 Market St San Francisco, CA 94103ReviewsThe lines at this location are unacceptable. I have never seen more than 2 tellers at once. I suspect this branch is understaffed given the financial circumstances of the population it serves. Worth less to us? Then you can pay with your time. (Expect 20-30mins on peak days, easily 10ppl in line at any time.)RecommendedI would like to warm thank Relationship Manager Mohamed Bayoumi for a great support and the highest professionalism working with me and my husband. We have just moved to the US and he helped us with accounts, cards, online banking and many more things! He was just as kind and supportive as a good old friend. Couldn't be better when it is your first ever experience with the American bank. We are lucky to have Mohamed Bayoumi as our Relationship Manager and we are completely satisfied working with him.Best ReviewsWorst customer service I have been there 4 times. Out of that only once I received the service I was looking for other times I was asked to call the bankJust close these branch and fire these useless people !!!3. Bank of America & ATM in San Francisco, CA 941103250 Mission St San Francisco, CA 94110Recommended ReviewsHorrible! Why is this bank even open. 9 teller windows but bever more than 2 ppl working. Even when the line is out the door. Stay away unless you have no other choiceTop ReviewsIf you thought your bank was bad then you have not walked into this BofA. Was forced to go here and never again! Thank god I walked out of this branch alive. Customer service is horrid and understaffed like a mofo.Recommended ReviewsOnly reason for one star is just because it was open and got what I needed. Stood in line for over 45min for a transaction that took less than 2min a withdrawal that I couldn't do from the atm.Related Posts:- Bank of America Near Me - Target Near Me - PNC Bank Locations4. Bank of America & ATM in San Francisco, CASan Francisco, CA 94102 Civic Center, Hayes ValleyReviewsScoundrels. Licensed to thieve. Wearing their questionable technical loopholes and hands-in-the air "Can't really help ya out with that, nope no manager here today" attitude like a thorny crown of inadequacy and fraud. B of A - you are truly the blight of bankdom.ReviewsRidiculous. Generally unresponsive, says he'd do things but not do it, never follows up, rarely follows through. Getting him to move things along was like pulling teeth. Asked him for estimates. No response until I asked again a week later. Asked him for a copy of my credit score (previous brokers never had any problem with this), said he would, then didn't.ReviewsThis bank NEVER has more than 2 tellers and that is rare. I often wait in line 5-8 deep with only one teller. The tellers are nice but don't go here if you're in a hurry!!! Soooooo slow! Very the you hahahahahaha more?ifrustrating!!5. Bank of America in San Francisco, CA 941144098 24th St San Francisco, CA 94114Recommended ReviewsI have been a Bank of America customer for 30 years. Most of the time my customer service experience has been pretty good. My local branch is all closed so I went to this one to get a cashiers check. The phone message was worse than useless, even for a contemporary phone tree. So I took my chances. Arriving at 12:30, I was told the only teller was at lunch I would be back in 30 minutes. I returned and had to wait yet another 30 minutes for inexplicable reasons before the doors were opened again. No apologies. Pretty crappy experience.Top ReviewsThings have gotten alot better here in the last 6 months or so. I think they brought in a veteran teller who knows her stuff.Top ReviewsG.P. Ciancio is awesome. He totally hooked me up with a great new credit card for my trip to India. He's also a super cool with an interesting life story. Best banking experience ever.Like it? Share it!More by this author |
