You will spend hours and hours trying to get through and if you do manage to get a "courtesy return" then they will tell you to leave it on your front porch for UPS to pick up (even if you live in midtown Manhattan) or return it to a local store (even though all the local stores are closed due to coronavirus precautions). I couldn't find it quickly so I asked for assistance. The small appliances we relocated near the flooring department so an older woman sitting behind the counter helped. I wish I got her name because she spent the time to look up the item and ultimately ended up walking me down to where they sometimes stack the sale items. She was so helpful and didn't rush us one bit. This was my first experience coming to this location having to buy something like it so I hope any future experiences are just as pleasant!RecommendedThis is the closest Home Depot to me and I had no problem finding what I needed to buy (new toilet seat and Draino) with the help of a friendly sales associate. There's plenty of parking inside the lot of the building. The store wasn't busy at all and I don't believe I had to wait ong in line, unlike the one in Manhattan's Flatiron district. I went in looking for some plumbing supplies, one guy sends me to another and then to another only to tell me he's not sure about the part being in stock. Had to call in yet another guy, after about 20 minutes of this I set out on my own and found the pieces and left.
