We got lucky the other day and got in before a huge line formed. The inside of the store is cramped so social distancing is especially difficult. The staff is great, though, and the store is well stocked. There's usually parking available in their lot, but it's sometimes slow because the lot is also small and cramped.Recommendedi go to about 3-4 locations (all in busy parts of town) depending on where i happen to be. this one,compared to the other 3, does not seem to be following social limit and number limit protocols and store is always packed. maybe i'm wrong but that's my impression based on last two visits. not coming back for the foreseeable futureTop ReviewsThe employees here are quick to kick out the anti maskers. Leave it to the big brains at Trader Joe's to make a bad situation worse. There are long lines outside and longer lines inside. The customers wander around marveling as if they've never seen food. Add to this the lack of express lines and the problem is compounded. More than ever, the staff here have stepped up to make a positive contribution to the community and make it easier for all of us. I was blown away when we got a bouquet of flowers as we were leaving the store, and today, as were standing in line, staff are asking if they can help us with anything. The lines are long but the staff are so efficient that they go back relatively quickly. Thanks guys!!ReviewsI love some Trader Joe's! I always can go to Trader Joe's and they will make my day. The staff is always going up and beyond to give you stellar customer service, and they even have a list of gluten free products, so you know what to shop for. They even personally showede where the vegan meat was located. I love their seasonal items like the cinnamon brooms and pine wreaths during the Thanksgiving/Christmas season for example. And how they have someone always giving out samples with a fresh sample of your morning Joe. And did I mention their produce is freshest around. They always aim to please. They have a well organized system of lining up to enter store using taped marks for distancing, and limit tthe number of people in the store at any one time. Well stocked shelves with everything I needed. Well organized single line to check out, with plenty of friendly checkout clerks. And seniors can enter without waiting in line from 9-10 am. I appreciate their service and their patients. They have a huge amount of customers come in due to the fact that they are neighbors to USC college. They still keep smiles on their faces and work hard to please their customers. My husband and I had to exchange some almond butter. Employees R.J and Williams handled our situation and had us out the door in no time. The managers and employees run this store very well. They are very excellent crew for the location they are in.Top ReviewsThis Trader Joe's has a great selection of products but a terrible check out strategy. I'm not sure what's the rationale for having people stand in a single file line to then wait for a cashier to become available. This strategy is creating a bottle neck impact in the store to the point that people are standing in line occupying the aisle. As a consumer this makes my shopping experience difficult when I have to tell people if they can please move out of my way so that I can grab a product.
