Really bad experience with banker Ghassan! And he never replied customer phone call or email if there is a problem with your account.

Very long lines. Always just one teller working. Has become a worse nightmare with the coronavirus. Lines seem double.

I missed my chance to leave corp survey feedback but I've always loved this branch. But especially last Friday when Nancy Hong let us come in for an extensive notary exercise to finalize a time sensitive matter. Not only did it take an hour, vs 15 min, and for free and late on a Friday, but she made sure we also notarized additional docs to help us close down accounts we didn't know we needed to do... which saved us another trip back. This is why I left Wells Fargo years ago and love BofA. She was awesome. As a platinum customer, you have my loyalty and my referral!

Everyone was covid safe work mask and gloves and provided hand sanitizer. But their attitude was not acceptable. No one wanted to assist me. and their atm machine was down so I had to wait for a relersantive. No one was assisting someone. Just sitting there. I asked if I can make a quick deposit they would direct me to the atm. I told them it was broken. Then they said I'll be with you in a minute. 20 minutes past 3 people didn't want to help me. I ended up leaving because I was running late for a meeting. What a complete waste of time.

Huge space. Told me to remove my bike due to the possibility of their ceiling collapse building code????

In the course of my job, I have to deposit checks (a certain city agency can't figure out how to order a remote check scanner but that is another issue). I have come here every day, a bit earlier each time. There is NEVER more than two tellers working, and the line is always horrendous. Aside from the wasted time for the customer, I can't help but feel awlful for the two poor tellers that have to deal with the onslaught of never ending customers. How can this branch's management not see this as a problem?

Oohmygosh.. this teller employee name i think "Arceli" she is latino kind of fluffy, however, she has the worst attitude. No hi and no bye and did not even ask if i need anything else. She does not even look into your eyes. She has horrible attitude that i think bank of America should not allow her to work there.

Worst experience ever waited in line for over 30 minutes when I got to the teller I tried to cash my check then do a deposit he tells me "no" I responded "what do you mean no I do this everytime" where he responded by raising his voice and yelling at me from behind the window where I even told him "hold the duck up who do you think your yelling at ?" Then the assistant manager came over trying to make it sound like I'm in the wrong like I just seen this man argue with 2 other people before me like how is this customer service and all of a sudden cause i raise my voice I'm wrong for not letting this man yell at me whoever is in charge of that spot you need to fire Eduardo cause that is the worst teller I have ever seen and met and no way in hell should he ever be raising his voice at people like that if I could you would of got no stars

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this bank. Prompt, courteous, felt safe, and this was on a Friday afternoon, probably one of the busier times.

I never set foot in the bank, have all my deposits done by ATM or ACH transfer, and my account is free. I have never really had a bad expirence with them. They called me at my work to ask about some strange purchases, which happened oddly enough, while I was at work. They credited my account the 0 some fool bought at area 7-11's. How anybody could buy that much is beyond me. I only call the bank when I need to order checks, which is once every 3 years or so. I do so much online banking that I never have to talk to anybody. I never balance my checkbook, but always know what is in there.

Just came by and found out that you can't even turn change into bills at Bank of America any more. They don't accept rolled change. The only way they accept change is if you stick it in one of their plastic bags, they mail it in to be counted and you're account gets credited days later.

This branch is a cesspool. The customer service standards were set by the Trump administration. They're about as good as Trumpcare. Two completely overwhelmed young tellers cowering behind the bullet proof glass, with a line of impatient, frustrated customers to the door. After waiting 15 minutes to get laundry quarters, I'm informed this particular branch does not have quarters, per the manager, who is there, on site, but somehow indisposed and unable to help address the line. Indisposed behind his desk with a box of tissue, I suspect. That's why he had the teller relay to me over the phone that I'd have to wait another 5 to 10 minutes for him to come out of hiding to assist in digging up some quarters. He had to finish up.

I have been a very long term customer of this branch of Bank of America. In general, the customer service has been poor and whenever you need service from the bank you will usually get some type of sales pitch to buy their products. Recently there have been reports of coin shortages in circulation and I asked Diana who I believe is an assistant manager if I could bring in a large number of coins. She told me that unless I have a business account at the bank, they will only accept rolled coins. This bank certainly could easily arrange to take coins and electronically count them for you rather than have you waste hours of time rolling them. If you look at the slogans this branch has posted outside their office you will see that in spite of what they say, they do not have our back and we are not in this together.

It's always the same when I come inside, which thankfully is not often. Curt, unhappy tellers. I need to find someplace else to do my banking.

Several years ago we opened savings accounts for our children. When we went back recently to make a deposit, the money was all gone. We were told that the account had been closed due to inactivity and the money sent to the state. (It isn't in the unclaimed funds database, btw). All this, without any notification or a phone call? This is the worst possible neighborhood banking experience.
