Once you start following it, you will have an idea of how many carbs should you take to get into ketosis.

So how long would it take to lose weight in a keto diet?

Do it for 7 days and you will start losing water weight. Generally, people lose 1-3 kgs in the first week itself.

But the actual weight loss starts when you have had it for 10-15 days dedicatedly following the low carb diet.

Simply start by cutting off sugar and flour.

That is the first step you should take while starting any diet actually.

Eat clean, leave the processed food.
