I have not been able to receive a single e-mail from any publication that I have actually belonged to for months now.

First they informed me they will look into it. Then I was told the system was sending it to a wrong email address. This happened a number of times after I was informed my email address had actually been upgraded. Then they informed me they will do an escalated case to trace my email concern, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was told my original e-mail service - protonmail. com is not suitable. Then I changed my email to a yahoo email address they said would offer me no issues. I wait, still absolutely nothing. Then they inform me it was because I had not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.

I called again and they told me that the services which I was inquiring about were not part of my membership, however when I firmly insisted, they stated that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still nothing, usual runaround. Upon logging into the site, I can see which services sent updates at what time, but then customer care informs me on their end, it reveals nothing was sent and they don't know when they go out via email. When I requested for a manager or different contact info, they said they do not have any.

I paid near to 5 figures for these life time subscriptions total, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, frustrating, and awful client service. I am part of other investment advisories and they have the ability and resources to quickly fix any concerns.
