Initially they informed me they will look into it. Then I was told the system was sending it to an incorrect e-mail address. This took place several times after I was told my e-mail address had actually been updated. Then they informed me they will do an intensified case to trace my email issue, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was told my initial e-mail service - protonmail. com is not compatible. Then I changed my e-mail to a yahoo email address they said would provide me no concerns. I wait, still nothing. Then they tell me it was due to the fact that I had actually not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.

I called once again and they told me that the services which I was asking about were not part of my subscription, however when I firmly insisted, they said that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still absolutely nothing, same old runaround. Upon logging into the site, I can see which services sent updates at what time, however then client service informs me on their end, it reveals nothing was sent and they do not understand when they go out through email. When I requested a manager or different contact information, they said they don't have any.

I paid near to 5 figures for these lifetime subscriptions overall, and I am not even getting them to date. This is too time consuming, discouraging, and terrible customer care.
