India, you can even say the mother of taste. So here you go people for some tips how food is cooked in India. Just follow them and bring the magic of taste in your hands-

1) Always use a proper shaped vessel keeping in mind what you are cooking use small vessels for less food to cook and large vessel if more food is to be cooked.

2) Do not get confused in pouring the amount of water in any dish. Always be sure how much water is to be added because water is the basic thing required for any dish.

3) When it comes to oil always try to heat the oil on low flame so that neither it’s too hot nor cold. It should be little more hot than mild like light brown in color.

4) Now when it comes to the tastemakers always keep in mind the people you are going to serve your delicious food like what is there taste if they like more spicy or less spicy or they like more or less salt. I am sure you will make awesome and tasty food if you know how much tastemakers are to be added.

5) Vegetables should always be washed before cutting. Do not wash them after cutting as there smell and taste is more likely to become less if you do so. Now some vegetables are meant to be cleaned with a cloth properly instead of washing them. And always try to make fresh vegetables.

6) For making chapattis do not add too much water to the flour. Always try to judge how much water is to be needed to how much amount of floor. And if you add little salt to the flour it will add more taste to your chapattis.

7) When you are making rice always try to make them in an open container and add little oil on the base so that they don’t stick to the container and do not open the lid in between open once they are made fully and then serve hot.

9) You should always have coriander, ginger, garlic, green chilies in your refrigerator as these make the food more effective, tasty and also improves the presentation of the food and moreover they are really very good for health.

10) Do not open the lid of the container again and again once the food is inside it or do not stir it continuously with the spoon this will make the dish a hodge-podge instead of making it a yummy. Open after a particular interval and then stir once or twice.

11) When you are making any sweet dish always try to make its presentation as good as you can like you can add some roasted dry fruits on it for taste and for presenting it good and its even healthier for you.
