Mud pump-function

It has two main performance parameters namely displacement and pressure. Displacement will be calculated from several liters per minute. It is related to borehole diameter and fluid speed. In order to accurately grasp the change in pump pressure and displacement, the mud pump pressure gauges and flow meters to be installed to make drilling person to understand the functioning of the pump. At same time, drilling person determine whether the normal status changes bore hole to prevent the occurrence of accidents according to pressure changes.

Mud pump can be divided into double-acting and single-acting. Single-acting mud pump complete only one suction drainage action in a piston reciprocating cycle. However, the double-acting one can complete two suction drainage action. According to number of cylinders, the mud pump can be segmented into single-cylindertwinandtriplex.

Sewage mud pump is single stage single suction vertical centrifugal pump. It consists of volute, impeller, shaft, pump casing, support tube, motor base, electric motor. Volute, pump housing, motor housing, impeller nut is produced by cast iron. They possess good corrosion resistance and their machiningprocesses is easy. The mud pump seat equipped with four oil seal and sleeve can prevent shaft wear and prolong the service life of the shaft.
