After the melting of LDPE resin, it is mixed with butane gas, talcum powder, anti-shrinkage agent and other agents to be extruded through the extruder, and foamed on the die head and lips, then passed through a sizing drum to fix the sheet size, and finally the product is taken up by a winding roller.

Polyethylene foamed sheet/film, also named as pearl cotton, is a kind of new-type packing material with the features of dampproof, shockproofing, sound insulation, heat preservation and good plasticity. It is an ideal substitute of traditional packing materials.
