Exercises Done Using a Fitness Ball in Singapore

  • Biceps: For working on your biceps you can use the exercise ball, and also include dumbbells. Bicep curls can be done by kneeling down in front of the ball and resting the weighted arm on the ball. The back and upper arm should not move during the bicep curls. These bicep curls can also be done standing up. Rest the ball on the wall and take the support of it with your back touching one side of the ball and do bicep curls normally.
  • Triceps: Triceps can be targeted in the push-ups position, but the palms must rest directly below the pectoral muscles. The palms must be kept on the fitness ball, and triceps extensions can be done in different sets. You can also rest the ball on the wall and do triceps extension in standing position.
  • Chest: Working on pectoral muscles is also not difficult using an exercise ball. A few exercises for the chest which can be done while lying down on the exercise ball and using dumbbells are A-presses, dumbbell flies, and dumbbell presses. Push-ups can also be done by resting the legs on the exercise ball.
