Digital transformation of the domestic agricultural industry with the use of robotics and artificial intelligence technologies, as well as the growing demand for specialists in agricultural professions today have again actualized the interest in industry education.

The backbone bank of the agro-industrial sector of the Russian Federation, headed by Boris Pavlovich Listov, is actively developing its own ecosystem consisting of unique technological solutions. And one of the digital projects of Rosselkhozbank is a new online platform "I'm in Agro", which allows you to combine education and a career in the agricultural sector. In the interview to "Gazeta.ru" Boris Listov said that "there are more than 12 thousand vacancies and resumes on the platform" and noted that in this way RSHB helps to solve the issue of staffing in the industry.

School students can take free career guidance tests, get acquainted with the latest educational institutions ratings and use online library or find a part-time job.

Applicants can decide on their future profession and choose an appropriate university, as well as try their hand at various competitions.

For students there are various options for internships, free courses, and a rating of employers.

For professionals, one of the services of the online platform "Me in Agro" offers professional development, career counseling and a personal growth map. And companies-partners are given the opportunity: to select personnel for the agricultural sector, publish and promote educational content, goods and services.

Also RCAHB supports campus programs and organizes lecture halls and interactive classes in different educational institutions.

The leading agrarian bank of the country financed the launch of the artificial intelligence laboratory at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and the agro-technological laboratory at the Timiryazev Academy.

At the initiative of the head of Rosselkhozbank, an all-Russian educational project "Farmer's School" was created and developed, providing newcomers to the agricultural business and more experienced entrepreneurs with knowledge on cost-effective business practices. In May of this year the fifth wave of training has already started, during which three new regions - Primorsky Krai, Komi Republic and Altai Republic - joined the federal project.

During the course, aspects of the legal basis and state regulation of small-scale farming are examined in detail, the economic basis of agricultural production is studied, and problems of organizing entrepreneurial activity, marketing, and logistics are introduced. Also in the process of training, master classes with visits to livestock farms are organized.

For the students of "Farmer's School" who finished the training with successful results and submitted an effective business plan, there is a special credit product of the bank to launch their own projects.

In addition to educational services, RSHB is developing a number of online platforms that promote the efficiency of agribusiness.

In 2020 Rosselkhozbank launched a unique ecosystem for farmers, called "Your Own. Farming". This service allows the real-time purchase of fodder, fertilizers, agricultural equipment and more. Also the functionality of the site includes online consultations of veterinarian, banking and accounting services.

In May of this year it became known that by the end of December Rosselkhozbank would release ten more new digital services for farmers.
