Any prospective student of event management classes should be aware of the breadth of opportunities available to them upon graduation. As a professional in the events industry, your options are not limited to event planning. You should consider a wide range of other employment paths. 

The need for wedding planners has grown as novel wedding traditions have emerged, such as destination weddings, themed weddings, etc. As a corollary, couples engage wedding planners to handle all the details, from the location to the food, to make their weddings exceptional and unforgettable. 

If you're one of the lucky ones, you could just know what tastes good. Therefore, a job as a manager of food services might be a good fit for certain individuals.
