  • You will need to submit a copy of valid passport, i.e. it should not be expired. Also it should be a current passport and it should have a validity of 6 months.
  • You will need to submit 1 passport size current photograph that is with white background.
  • Copy of educational qualification certificate which is attested in the country of origin and it should also be stamped by the Ministry of Foreign affairs in the UAE. The convocation certificate should be attested by the relevant authorities in the country where the education was obtained and also by the UAE embassy in the country where the education was obtained and ministry of foreign affairs in UAE.

  • The passport should have 6 months of validity at least and there should be empty page on the passport for the visa stamp to be placed.
  • When the E-visa is issued and the employee is in the UAE, then only status change fee is applied and not before that in any case.
  • In case the employee is outside UAE and the E-visa has been issued, the original visa should be emailed or sent to the employee present to the immigration official at the airport when the employee is entering the country, i.e. UAE.
