Prime Minister Narendra Modi has indicated an action against the Anonymous property in his next move after a ban on black money and corruption, but experts are telling the action to be a difficult task.

According to law experts or property lawyer in Delhi, keeping property is a general constitutional right and before the property is seized, it will have to go through a lengthy legal process, which is not so easy. According to the finance experts, no action will be taken after arresting anyone. He will get the full time to give details of his financial resources.

They also say that the property matter is of the state and without the state's cooperation it is not possible. According to experts in the real estate sector, from housing to commercial and agricultural land, there are anonymous properties in all places. Investigating them all will be a lot of hard work.

The government will not have difficulty in identifying anonymity property as there are many such software programs which will help in getting the anonymous property under hold. But the bona-fide property will be given the opportunity to prove the source of income and its property is not anonymity. After that the operation is not easy.

What is anonymity property?

If a person purchases property in the name of a person by investing his money, who does not earn enough to buy that property or does not have the legal capital worth buying for that property then such property is called Anonymous property.

Supreme Court Advocate Subodh Kumar Pathak said that during the tenure of Janata Party government, property rights were thrown out of the original rights and inserted in Article 300A of the Constitution. This means that the right to keep the property is in our constitution.

Shopiing for property is not a crime. The government has to prove that the income from which the property has been purchased has been illegally earned. In such a case, if any one's property is anonymity, then the property holder will take the matter to court which will be a long process.

Proving anonymity will be difficult

NREDCO Chairman Pravin Jain told that the government has thought so the government will take measures, but seizing the benami property will be a very difficult task. If an anonymous property gives tax, it would be difficult to prove anonymity even though the property was anonymity.
