Monsoon is the season of fun, greenery, and excitement.  However the season also calls a number of health problems which is very difficult to be dealt with such illness and diseases. You need to take proper precautions to avoid such health problems peeping into your body. Kids need extra care during this season to stay healthy. The monsoon season in India is a refreshing and wonderful time, as raindrops bring a welcome respite from the grueling heat. However, staying healthy requires particular care to be taken.

3. Wash your hands regularly, with water and soap

15. Avoid sharing kitchen utensils
