Making a good resume has its difficulty. Its structure is standard, but the difference lies in the way you express yourself and in the key words you use to define yourself.

The CV must be submitted in very few pages, maximum three . The person who is going to read it will spend only a few seconds taking a quick look at it. Only if it catches your attention, will you devote more time.

The necessary sections for the preparation of a good Resume are the following:

PERSONAL INFORMATION
The personal data section has to answer the questions: "Who are you?" And "How to contact you?" .

On paper : When you write your CV on paper, be careful with the "excess" of data. There are personal data that, a priori, it is not necessary to indicate (marital status, DNI, if you have children ...). Providing some information will depend on you and the position you choose.

On websites : In the case of writing your CV in digital media (such as an employment website), this type of personal data is protected and guaranteed.

Professional Profile
The professional profile is a brief biography of your career. You should detail who you are professionally and what you can contribute to the company.

It is not a letter of presentation but a summary oriented to skills and professional skills that define you. Once your profile is written, relay it and analyse if you answer these questions:

Who I am?
What are my specific skills?
What are my skills and achievements?
If the text is able to answer these questions, your professional profile will fulfil its objective.

ACADEMIC TRAINING
It is the information related to your education (regulated or not regulated). For each training you have to point out:

Professional Resume Service

The start and end date (or if you are still going through it).
The center and place where you made it.
In general, you must inform about the most relevant studies and courses for your professional profile.

WORK EXPERIENCE
In this section you must detail the companies in which you have worked and the positions held. Define them based on your achievements and abilities and indicate what your professional contribution has been in each job.

Do not forget to reflect in detail:
The start and end dates of each experience.
The department you were in
If you had staff at your expense.
Your concrete functions.

In general, it includes all the information that facilitates the work of the selector. Remember that your profile must fit with the position offered.

OTHER KNOWLEDGE

Here you must mention your language and computer skills.

In the case of languages, it is advisable to reflect the level (spoken, written and read) and if you have certificates. In that case you should also indicate the center, place and date of obtaining.

Remember that computer skills include different areas or families of applications such as office automation, databases, management and sales tools or programming languages.

For each computer application that you want to indicate, specify your level of use and level.

Other Data Of Interest
It details other data that may represent a differential value in your profile, that give value to your CV and that have not been mentioned in other sections of your CV, such as:

Complementary activities.
Hobbies and interests.
Sports, literary or artistic achievements.

All of them can reflect certain competences and make the difference of your candidacy. It is not necessary to detail these experiences to the fullest, but also not to show them in a generic way. Remember that they must provide valuable information to your curriculum.
