Municipality delivered 160 bicycles to students of the commune

A total of 160 students of the different educational establishments of the commune, received from the Municipality, bicycles and a safety kit that included helmet, reflective vest, and bowler hat.

This award, which favored all students of the sixth year of municipal education, also included elementary school students from the equivalents of the special education area.

The delivery of these vehicles, led by the mayor, Veronica, in a ceremony held at the Municipal Gymnasium of the district, opportunity in which the students benefited were accompanied by their teachers, directors, and attorneys.

The delivery of these bicycles, is an initiative that runs from 2007 to date, has municipal funding this year reached 28 million pesos, improves accessibility and transportation of students in rural areas, being consistent with the environment and physical and healthy activities.
