Petition filed in Pakistan court to stop the release of Indian pilot

Breaking News :A Pakistani citizen filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court to stop the release of the Indian Air Force's pilot Wig Commander Abhinandan, who has been guilty of crimes against the country and therefore should be heard against them.

During the conflict between the two countries' air force on the Line of Control, the MiG-21 had fallen on the border of Pakistan on Wednesday. Pilot congratulations aboard the MiG-21 was made prisoner by Pakistan. The government of Pakistan decided on Thursday that it would release the pilot as the "first step" to start talks with the two countries to reduce the tension.

The petition filed in Islamabad High Court has requested that the court banned the decision of the Imran Khan Government to hand over the Indian Air Force pilot to India.

The petitioner says that the Indian pilot has violated his airspace in order to drop the bomb in the country and he has committed a crime against Pakistan, so the hearing against him should be held here. The court has accepted the petition for hearing.
