H1-B Visa extensions on row

While the Department of Homeland Security planned to postpone the H1-B visa application deadlines, these discussions took a prominent place. 70% of professionals who travel to the United States with a temporary work visa (H1 Blater) apply for a green card and move to the United States. Even the students, who entered USA on Study visa, got a good package job and successfully end up by getting H1-B Visa. H1-B Visa allows immigrants to stay in USA for a significant period of time and then apply for Green Card. Being granted with Green Card, they are enabled for the Right to Vote among many other benefits such as unemployment benefits, financial benefits, being exempted from certain taxes, and are eligible to sponsor for Green Cards for their Dependents. Those who enter the United States are competent, talented and professional in various fields. Thanks to the contribution of immigrants to the American economy and the country of origin, the bond between the two countries has become stronger in recent decades.

No loss for Indian Immigration to USA

Both the Indians and immigration to USA were alarmed by the announcement that the issuance of the green card had been reduced to 50% each year and that those who did not receive the green card were victims when they left the country. America is losing the skilled, professional and talented workers in their territory, where there is currently a shortage of professionals. Although proposals have been made to stop the extension of the H1-B visa, no one can predict how long it will take before the proposal or the law becomes law. In this respect, the expectations of H1-B visa holders still seem to be alive because they want to realize their dreams of American citizenship. If the Trump government declares that the H1-B visa extensions have been suspended, Indians are welcomed with open arms in their home countries, as India competes with developments in many countries of the first world and needs more professionals to contribute the development of the nation.
