How To Be Healthy? Make These Things Part Of Your Daily Routine

Posted by basshopper on January 6th, 2020

In a healthy body, a healthy spirit is one of those findings of our ancestors that will hold true despite all progress. In addition, we certainly agree on other things: body and soul need to care. Perhaps you have in your head that you should weigh less, eat healthier, sometimes go to some prevention. But, some of these goals are so unclear, others can be postponed again. So how do you start living healthier?

Best of all, make small changes, but include them in your daily routine. As we find it natural to brush our teeth in the morning or wash our hands when we get home, we can start doing other things. Little things that will have a major impact on our health. Which are they?

1. Think up your morning ritual

You know what morning, such a day. Getting up from bed with the right foot is just important. Find out what makes you feel good and stick to it. Some would rather get up half an hour in front of their family and practice a greeting to the sun, some would have coffee in peace, another would need at least three alarm rings, and then a big breakfast. 2. Every day walk and fresh air

Not every day you have time and mood to exercise. But try to come up with a route that puts you together for half an hour of brisk walking. These can be the last two stops on your way to work or home. Or an evening walk with a dog. Movement is important not only for your heart and blood vessels, it can also relieve stress and calm the mind.

3. Vegetables for each meal

Forget what the ideal proportion of carbohydrate, protein or fiber in your diet should be. Simply say: Every meal should contain vegetables or fruit. You may know the benefits of everyone: vitamins, minerals, fiber, satiated for a longer time, lower energy value, thus improving weight, the one you have overlooked so far.

4. Ten minutes of silence

Ten minutes of silence a day can greatly improve your well-being. Try to sit somewhere quiet, at home or outdoors, close your eyes and think only of your breath. Inhale and exhale. If a thought enters your mind, let it go. Just think about what you hear. Feel the silence.

Perhaps it is the daily silence and calm that allows important thoughts to come to the surface. Those you otherwise do not perceive despite the abundance of information, stimuli, daily worries and stress. Moment in silence is one way to get to know yourself better.
