Handling protective film

There is a protective film on the surface of the assembling module finished liquid crystal display device to prevent the surface from being stained during assembing. Do not remove it before the assembing of the whole machine is finished, so as not to stain or stain the display surface.

Retrofit

It is best to add a pad of about 0.1MM between the module and the front panel. The panel should also be kept absolutely flat. First, to ensure that no twisting force is generated after assembing. And improve seismic performance.

Strict anti-static

The control and driving circuit in the module is a low-voltage, micro-power CMOS circuit, which is very easy to be penetrated by static electricity. The human body sometimes generates high-voltage static electricity of several tens or hundreds of volts. Therefore, during operation, assembing, and use Be careful to prevent static electricity. to this end:

1) Do not touch the outer leads, the circuit on the circuit board and the metal frame at will with your hands.

2) If direct contact is required, the human body and one module should be kept at the same potential, or the human body should be well grounded.

3) The soldering iron used for soldering must be well grounded and has no leakage.

4) Tools such as electric cones must be well grounded without leakage.

5) Do not use a vacuum cleaner for cleaning. Because it generates strong static electricity.

6) Dry air can also generate static electricity. Therefore, the humidity in the work room should be above RH60%.

7) The ground, workbench, chair, shelf, cart and tools should form resistance contact to maintain the same potential, but static electricity will be generated.

8) When taking out or putting back the packing bag or moving position, please be extra careful to avoid generating static electricity. Do not change or discard the original packaging at will.

Electrostatic breakdown is an irreparable damage, so be careful and not careless.

The module is carefully designed and assembing, please do not process and trim it yourself.

1) The metal frame must not be distorted and disassembing.

2) Do not modify the shape, mounting holes, circuits and components of the PCB.

3) Do not modify the conductive adhesive strip.

4) Do not modify any internal brackets.

5) Do not touch, drop, bend or twist the module.
