Make Saturdays ActiveKeep your kids moving with planned activities every Saturday. This doesn't have to be complicated! Take a family walk, hike, or bike ride. Play catch in the front yard. Or walk around a museum. Whatever it is, work to get everyone moving for this one day of the week.
