Poor Building Construction

Sometimes, failure to compact the soil before paving the foundation of a building leads to soil settling issues and foundation movement. This, in turn, causes pipes to crack or break that further results in leaks. Leaks caused due to such reasons often get worse with time.

When plumbing systems including water heaters, pipes, valves, taps, and joints are not installed properly, it leads to loose connections.
