Singapore will use face recognition software instead of photo identification

Konark Bureau: In fact, Singapore is going to be the first country in the world to have a face, not a work photo. The Singapore government is working on face recognition technology. Under it, photo kiosk systems will be installed in government and private offices across the country. "It simply came to our notice then. Photos and photos are still required for activities such as driving licenses and opening a bank account. But it will not be necessary in the coming days.

The government will start installing kiosks from June this year. The facility is expected to be rolled out across the country by 2022. In order to use this feature, citizens have to download an app called \ 'SingPass \' which will save people's time.
