4. Record your required information with the SEC or Securities and Exchange Commission
5. Complete the notarization of all of the necessary documents
6. Apply for and obtain your TIN or tax identification number
7. Record all required details with the BIR or Bureau of Internal Revenue
8. Get the necessary Barangay Clearance, which can cost you between PHP 300 to PHP 1,000
9. Submit the annual community tax to the CTO or City Treasurer’s Office
10. Get your enterprise permit
11. Record the employee related information with SSS or social security system
12. Get any other necessary clearances from various departments like Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), PAG-IBIG fund, PhilHealth and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)
