There are so many things that people like to do when they visit London. Some attractions include food, entertainment, and history. Many people love the appeal of having the opportunity to get to see the Queen or another person from the Royal family. Those are some of the reasons people like to find a property in London and move there. Some of the top attractions in London include the Natural History Museum, the Tower of London, and the London Eye.

The Natural History Museum is an ideal place to revisit the past. The Natural History Museum is fairly busy during the weekends so if you want to visit during a time that’s not too busy, go during the weekdays. Although it is pretty busy during the weekends, the building is very large so it’s not likely you will be bothered by the crowd too much. The museum does have a lot of historical models to look at but the architecture of the building may interest you as well. There are some awe-inspiring life sized models of blue whales and there are also large sections full of fossils.

Another popular attraction in London is the London Eye. The structure stands over the River Thames and it can be described as ‘the world’s tallest cantilevered observational wheel’. When it was built in 1999 it had the world’s largest Ferris Wheel. It is an iconic part of London.

The Tower of London is another location that people like to visit when they go to London. The Tower of London was built in 1087 AD to be used as a palace. However, around the year 1100 it began to be used as a prison. Today more than 2 million people visit the Tower of London each year! The Tower of London is fun for families to visit but there may be some things that are too scary for children to see. Parents should be cautious about visiting the Tower of London if they are going to visit with their children.

There are many other popular spots for people to visit when they are in London. We didn’t even touch on the fabulous restaurants! Once you visit you may become one of the people who fall in love with the city and become a resident.
