Ceramic rotary kiln mainly have 4 parts: furnace body, burning equipment, ventilating device and kiln inner part transportation device. Among those four parts, the most important part is kiln body.


Kiln body is divided into kiln wall and kiln roof. For kiln wall, usually it will use following materials, it is decided by the kiln different part calcined temperature:


1. For under 1300℃ part, clients could use clay brick.
2. For 1300℃-1400℃, clients could use high alumina brick, High Alumina EPS insulating Firebrick.
3. For 1400℃-1500℃, clients could use silica brick.
4. For 1500℃-1600℃, clients could use magnesia alumina brick.
5. For under 1800℃, clients could use corundum brick.
