This is Meghan Markle's Routine after Giving Birth to the First Child

Baby Archie is only five weeks old, which makes Meghan Markle a pretty new-born mother. According to the Celebrity Insider Meghan Markle's life as A new Mom with Prince Harry is fabulous.

And where some people prefer to dive into the gym today rather than tomorrow to pick up their old sporting habits, the duchess's post-baby workout routine works out differently. It is said that she thinks a little more for hours of lunges and squads, but she is doing a lot of yoga.

Meghan is not alone in this, because the list of models and stars that swear by it is too long to mention. According to royal expert Katie Nicholl, yoga for the brand new mother is the way to treat her body gently.

"She does not want too much of herself," says the British Nicholl. "Yoga is the only thing she does, and lots of proud walk through Windsor Great Park, of course.

She has not yet started hard training or weightlifting. She doesn't want to rush anything and especially enjoy this period, "says the royalty expert on Meghan's post-baby workout routine.

And she is right because if there is one body that deserves relaxation, it is that of a young mother. Meghan is also on maternity leave, which she has recently briefly interrupted by making an appearance on the balcony of Buckingham Palace during the traditional Trooping the Color.

By practising yoga, Meghan is gradually preparing for her return. Her mother, Doria Ragland, would mainly help Meghan with this. As a yoga instructor, she teaches Meghan the intricacies of the exercises.

Everything to deal with motherhood as naturally as possible and to be able to focus on Archie says, Nicholl. That's how it is.
