JKCET 2019: Exam Date & Result

Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination (BOPEE) will be conducting the JKCET 2019 on 28 April 2019. The Candidate who has applied for the Jammu and Kashmir Common Entrance Test (JKCET) 2019 can appear for the exam but before that, they must access and download the hall ticket for the same. The hall ticket is available for the JKCET on the official website (jkbopee.govt.in) and the candidate should download it before the exam. The result for the JKCET this year will be declared on May 2019. Post to the result, merit list will be prepared and the qualified candidate will be called for the Counselling.

What is JKCET

Jammu and Kashmir Common Entrance Test are held every year and the exam is conducted by the Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination (BOPEE). JKCET is a state level entrance test for the Engineering course in the participating college under Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination (BOPEE). The exam is conducted in offline mode and the last date for the registration was 27 March 2019.

  • The application form was available from February 1 to 27 March 2019
  • The Admit card is issued on 17 April 2019 and the portal for the hall ticket is still open
  • The Entrance Exam is going to be held on 28 April 2019
  • The answer key will be available on the same day as the exam in the evening at 6 pm
  • The Result for the JKCET this year will be announced on May 22, 2019
  • Commencement of the counseling will be done in the last week of may

JKCET Exam Pattern for this Year (2019)

  • The Exam will be conducted in offline mode or pen or paper mode.
  • The paper will be divided into three sections (Physics, chemistry, and mathematics)
  • Each section will consist of 60 questions and the total number of questions would be 180
  • All questions will be MCQs
  • Each question will be of 1 marks and the candidate will be awarded 1 marks for each right attempt so so the total marks would be (including all three sections) 180
  • 0.25 Marks would be deducted for each negative answer

How to Download the Result of JKCET (2019)

Candidate can easily access and download the scorecard of the JKCET by simply visiting the official website and by providing the required login credential. Check the following steps involved in downloading the result of JKCET

  • Go to the official website. Jkbopee.govt.in.
  • Search for the link of JKCET Result 2019
  • Click on the link given
  • Provide the login credential such as your registration number /application number, password or date of birth.
  • The Score Card will have appeared on your screen
  • Download the result in the PDF File and take the printout

The result will be available only in online mode and it can be accessed only from the official website, it cannot be accessed offline or will not be sent to the candidates via post or mail by the examination department. The result will be comprised of the following details
