Staff Selection Commission Conduct SSC MTS exam every year for the recruitment of candidates for various government posts. The examination will conduct from 2nd August to 6th September 2019. SSC MTS Cut Off

Cut off is the minimum marks required to take clear any exam. Candidates must clear tier 1 cut off marks of SSC MTS to make their name in the result. It varies from year to year. Cut off depends on various factors like difficulty level of the examination, a pattern of the question paper, marking scheme etc. Last year the cut off for SSC MTS Paper 1 / tier 1 was 110.5 for UR, 100.5 for SC, 87 for ST, 101 for OBC. Overall 159182 candidates had qualified as per those cut-offs.

Candidates will see their exact score/marks or qualifying status in the result. The conducting authorities will release the result of Multi Tasking Staff exam just after the few days of examination. Only successful candidates who clear cut off marks in the SSC MTS Tier 1 are eligible to appear in tier 2 which is descriptive type paper.   • Search for the “result” tab on the home page of the official website.

  • Search for SSC MTS Result link. You can find a link that says “click here” under the result column. Click on that link.

  • PDF File will open as you click on the result. It will contain the list of selected candidates in the exam.

  • There will be thousands of names on the list. The easiest way to find your result is to press “CTRL +F” on your keyboard.

  • A search box will appear on the page.

SSC MTS Merit List

The final merit list will release after completion of all tiers. Candidates who clear the first tier of SSC MTS will have to appear for the tier 2 exam. It will be a descriptive type of paper. Marks obtained in tier 2 will include in the final merit list. It will be of qualifying nature. Students who clear cut off marks of both tiers and make their name in the final merit list will be recruited for SSC MTS posts.   • The candidate who secures more marks in paper 2 will be given preference.

  • Aspirant older in age will be given more priority.

  • If the tie still exists even after following the above two rules, then the one whose name comes first as per alphabetical order will be given more priority.
