Teen Mom Star Farrah Abraham Faces Legal Action After Stories

One of the most controversial cast members of the 16 and Pregnant spin-off, Teen Mom, Farrah Abraham is now being hit by a cease and desist order from Vivid Entertainment, after she made serious allegations against the pornographic film production company. The Teen Mom, who has also been reported to have sold her porn video with porn star king James Deen to the same company for 1.5 million dollars, is facing legal ruckus over claims she made about being drugged and raped while promoting her sex film for Vivid. The porn company vehemently denied Farrah's allegations and even offered to pay her 1 million dollars to undergo a polygraph test to prove or disprove her claims. Today, the former Teen Mom star finds herself with a legal warning to keep silent over the issue, otherwise the company will be forced to pursue legal action.

The cease and desist letter states:

"We have become aware that you have made unsubstantiated and baseless implications and allegations of wrongdoing against Vivid. In particular, you have publically [sic] stated that you were drugged and raped more than once while on tour for Vivid promoting Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom.

These Statements are defamatory toward Vivid and are strenuously denied in all respects..."

The letter continues on saying:

"ACCORDINGLY, WE HEREBY PUT YOU ON NOTICE TO CEASE AND DESIST FROM ANY FURTHER DEFAMATORY ACTIONS AGAINST VIVID AS WELL AS ALL CONDUCT IN BREACH OF OUR CONTRACT.

Vivid Reserves the right to pursue any and all available legal remedies."

The letter was signed by Steve Hirsch, head of Vivid Entertainment. Whether Farrah will drop the issue completely or continue on to stand her ground and speak about the allegations is something that we will have to watch and wait for in the coming weeks.
